1. What is SABRE?
   SABRE stands for Software Architecture Based Requirements Engineering.  It is an approach to Software Engineering that recognizes the interdependence of Requirements Engineering and Software Architecture.
   
   
2. Why SABRE?
   Because SABRE supports the development of systems that meet stated requirements and perform according to those requirements.  SABRE also supports the change management process of introducing new requirements into the system.
